Consultancy Service

Our consultancy service was set up to assist foreign nationals based in the UK. Therefore, Steadtree Finance embarked on ensuring that we were able to provide a service that would cater for all aspects of a residential or investment purchase.
At Steadtree Finance we are able to help individuals find and purchase their ideal home.  Whether you choose to make use of it on a permanent basis, as a holiday home or intend on renting out the property, we can ensure that the process is hassle free from beginning to end.
Our expertise in Financial Services within the UK provides us with access to a large variety of lenders.  We are able to take advantage of the whole of the market in order to offer the most competitive rates to our clients.
Our clients who want to obtain financial assistance to buy a home will require roughly a 40% deposit.  The deposit amount may differ slightly on a case by case basis. Dependent on the age of a prospective client we will be able to advise on the most appropriate term of the loan, which may range from between 10 to 25 years.
We have a panel of reputable Solicitors’ and will instruct a firm on behalf of our clients to carry out the conveyancing  aspect of the purchase.
Dependent on the property, we may also be able to obtain a rental guarantee for a 12 – 24 month period after purchase.  (This means you will not have to worry about finding suitable tenants)
